These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the subscription services offered by Strike (the "Company") through our mobile application. The services include two types of subscriptions: "Gym" and "Pro."
Activation: The Gym subscription must be initially activated at the gym's physical location by scanning a QR code provided by the gym.
Unique Subscriptions: Each physical location of a gym must have a separate Gym subscription. Chains or entities with multiple locations are required to purchase a subscription for each location independently.
Monthly Rescanning: To maintain access to the Pro features under the Gym subscription, subscribers must rescan the QR code each month. Failure to do so will result in automatic deactivation of the Pro features.
QR Code: QR codes must be generated through the Strike app and are unique to each gym.
Annual Fee: The Pro subscription is available to individual users at a cost of 19.99 GBP per year.
Features: Subscribers gain access to Pro features directly through the app without the need for a gym's involvement.
The Gym subscription price varies by country but is based on a standard rate of 24.99 GBP per month, automatically converted to the local currency.
The annual fee for the Pro subscription is 19.99 GBP, subject to currency conversion where applicable.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States.
Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All amendments will be posted within the app and effective immediately upon posting.
Customer Declaration: By subscribing to the Gym or Pro subscriptions, users agree not to share, distribute, or otherwise misuse their subscription. The QR code and subscription link are for the personal use of the registered user and the specific gym location only.
Penalties for Breach: Any violation of these terms, including but not limited to sharing or misusing the subscription, will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund. Further legal action may be taken if such misuse results in financial losses or damages to the Company.
